1. We can't get all the nutrition we need from our foods anymore due to the reasons discussed ( mainly farming methods, frozen foods,early picking, processing ,etc). 2. We are getting more free radicals now than any other generation due to an increase in pollutants in our air,water, food, stress, etc, Therefore there is a huge gap. We haven't got enough antioxidants from our foods anymore ( as discussed above) , to neutralise the free radicals.
